Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Free introductory access

No payment is taken for the free month, so there is no subscription payment to refund. Free access does not automatically become paid access. You may stop using the platform or contact us to request account closure.

Paid plans

Payments are processed by Stripe in pounds sterling.

  • Monthly plan (£49 per month): charged at checkout and then each month until you cancel. To stop future renewal, open your plan page and choose "Manage card and cancel", or contact us. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
  • 3-Month plan (£99 once): a single payment that does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel for future months.

Ending future renewal is separate from cooling-off cancellation or a remedy for a defective service. We do not restrict statutory rights through this policy.

Cooling-off rights

If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel a purchase within a cooling-off period. Immediate access alone does not automatically remove a cancellation right. Any express consent, acknowledgement or early-service request required by law must be obtained and confirmed separately.

Problems with the service

Report access or content problems, a wrong amount or a duplicate charge through the Contact page. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by the contract and applicable law. Statutory remedies are not subject to a blanket no-refund rule.

Cancellation requests

A clear statement of cancellation is sufficient; no special form is required. Include your account email, plan or payment reference and the date of your request, and send it to hello@examic.study or through the Contact page ("Subscription & Cancellation"). We confirm when cancellation takes effect. Refunds due under statutory cancellation rights are processed within the applicable legal deadline, ordinarily within 14 days of notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
